The location was nice, close to the beach but not much else. Next time I would book more in downtown Lamai. The pool was very pleasent, and I enjoyed the garden and quiet atmosphere.
The woman who checked us in (I think the owner's daughter) was kind of rude and unwelcoming, not the best first impression. The owner was pleasent and always smiling and checking in on us though. I also would have liked a "Do Not Disturb" sign as I didn't enjoy them entering the room (to replace towels, change bin, ect) without our asking or knowledge.
